Virginia Reproductive Health Equity Act We dream of a future where Virginians no longer face insurmountable barriers to accessing reproductive health care and where all families can thrive, no matter how much they earn, who they are, or where they’re from. But right now, restrictions on reproductive health care are pushing critical and affordable care deeply out of reach for thousands of Virginians, especially our neighbors with low-incomes, people of color, immigrants, and survivors of domestic violence. We can and must do better for our community. Our growing movement for RHEA has proven that Virginia isn’t just for lovers — it’s also for reproductive justice. We’re fighting for reproductive healthcare for all and we can’t do it without you. Add your name here to get involved The Reproductive Health Equity Act (RHEA) would guarantee that all Virginians can have access to a full range of reproductive healthcare services, including contraception, abortion, prenatal care, childbirth, and postpartum care. The bill would ensure that no one is excluded from coverage based on how much they earn, how they are insured, who they are, or where they’re from. Access to reproductive health care is critical for the health and economic security of all Virginians. RHEA takes us closer towards advancing our vision of salud, dignidad, y justicia for all of us. No exceptions.
