Miami, Florida – Recientemente, el Tribunal del Distrito de Tallahassee  en Estados Unidos otorgó una medida cautelar sobre determinadas disposiciones claves de la HB 1411, un proyecto de ley que limitaría el acceso a los cuidados preventivos para salvar vidas, detección del cáncer, la anticoncepción, el tratamiento y la prevención de infecciones de transmisión sexual para aproximadamente 4,5 millones de Latin@s en Florida.
