Lupe M. Rodríguez- Executive Director
Lupe M. Rodríguez is an activist and reproductive justice thought leader who has fought for reproductive health, rights, and justice for over 18 years. Before joining the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Justice as Executive Director, Lupe served as the Vice President of Public Affairs at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, the largest Planned Parenthood affiliate, and led the largest abortion fund in the US, ACCESS Reproductive Justice (ACCESS). She has led and served on the Boards of ACCESS, California Latinas for Reproductive Justice, and Essential Access Health (formerly the California Family Health Council). She currently sits on the Steering Committee for the Free the Pill Coalition, the ANSIRH Community Advisory Board for Over-the-Counter Access to Medication Abortion, the Reproductive Justice Advisory Council for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and the Community Advisory Board for the Center for Clinical Research at Stanford Medical School. She has a BA in neurobiology from Harvard University.
